Do the USA and Japan really wants to dump their nuclear waste to Mongolia?

This is almost certainly untrue. Mongolia has huge mineral resources and doesn't need to store nuclear waste to make a buck. In addition, there would be huge security risks transporting it there. It would have to go through (or over) China or Russia and neither would agree to that.
