Does anyone know a college or university that teaches Mongolian?

Somewhere in California around the bay area? Thanks! I tried searching, but no good and I'm not good at searching things. I can read and write in Cyrillic , but I can't understand what I am reading or writing. :( I wanna learn everything about Mongolia. There's not much info and lessons on teaching you Mongolian. And I can't pay for anything online. :(
