Video games are now protected by the first amendment what does that mean for me buying games?

im a 16 year old who is wondering how this whole new video game thing is going to work...like say im in a game stop, and i want to buy a rated m game like grand theft auto, can i just go into the game stop, buy the game, and get out, or do i still hafe to bring my parent in with me
