Acceptance to Grand Valley and Michigan State?

My GPA for my freshmen through junior year is a 3.63 for all three years on average. Although, my ACT score is a 21. I've taken three years of a language, and will be taking my fourth year of the same language my senior year. Also I have been on a varsity sport for two years by the time I finish my senior year. Do you think I will be accepted to Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan? And also, what are your thoughts about my acceptance to Michigan State University? These are my top two choices, and I'd really love to know what all your thoughts are regarding this :) Thanks!
