Engine hard to turn over.?

Okay I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix SE, 3.8L V6. It has 168,000 miles on it. I left the house and the engine started up rather roughly. I drove about 3.5 miles (engine seemed to run fine) stopped at a store, and when I got back in the car it wouldn't turn over. Replaced the starter, main bearings, rod bearings, timing chain, and soon to change the oil pump. The engine is so tight the starter can't turn it over. There was small metal grit in the oil pan when I changed the bearings, but the old bearings only had what appeared to me to be minor grooves in them that you would expect on a car with over 100k miles on it(also crankshaft didn't have scrapes on it or warped). The MAF sensor was triggering the check engine light before this happened and I had a small oil leak around the valve gasket (oil was not low at time of engine malfunction). When manually turning over the engine with a beaker bar it takes and incredible amount of force and sounds like the compression is abnormally high. Anyone have any thoughts as to the issue? As I am almost to the end of my list of things that could possibly cause this type of issue. (also rods and pistons do not appear to have any abnormal ware or warped)

Okay so its been a few days after the game and instead of reading reviews on the game, theres nothing but hate filled articles aimed towards the fact that there were a lot more Mexican supporters than US ones. Do sacral dimples need to be evaluated? please help.?

Looking for a keyboard...?

I'm a keyboardist in a metal band and I'm also a producer for a couple rappers, and I recently got rid of my microKORG and I've been looking around for something else. My max budget is about 1,200/1,500. I need something that has a drum module on it, and I also need a grand piano and some synth sounds. I've been thinking about buying a used Fantom, but I want something with fast, non-weighted synth keys. I don't wanna have a million different sound modules and midi controllers, but I wouldn't mind having 2 or 3 keyboards, but I just wanna avoid sound modules. I don't really have a preference as of analog or digital. Any ideas?

Are Native Americans of Mongolian/Siberian/East Asian descent? (READ BELOW)?

I am 12.5% Colombian Native American. But this is PURE native american blood (that the Spanish had no contact with). So I was wondering if I was actually 12.5% East Asian. Honestly, I have always had a fascination with Asian people and their culture, so this is good news for me lol. But anyways, if u ever look at a Native American they actually do look Asian. Asiatic eyes, similar DNA, very straight hair, teeth structure, genetic diseases, etc are present among them. And the East Asians crossed over the Bering Straight thousands of years ago and those who had no contact with the Europeans mated with each other, so it was like Asians having babies with other Asians. So since my DNA was untouched by the Europeans, I was wondering if I actually am 12.5% Asian. If I actually am, please state the possible Asian cultures/groups I could trace my lineage to. Slavery, Racism, and Family?

Slavery is now accepted as socially and morally wrong at least in Europe, USA, and Russia. Other parts of the world it is listed as social class, part of their culture, or other yet still frowned upon. You say the word slavery and immediately everyone thinks KKK, the bad ole CSA and the civil war. Yet, no one thinks of the Greeks, Romans, Persians, Egyptians, Mongolians, or even the Native Tribes of North (to include Canada), Central, and South America. Read History. Slavery came as one group of people conquered another, those who survived worked for those who won. Another point peopl miss is that they forget many groups were eventually overran by their slaves. Spartans, Jews from Egypt, different tribal groups from Africa and the Americas. Yet the main thing folks miss is that Tribes from Africa traded for gold those who would become slaves here in the Americas. My question is : Is slavery only in reference to Blacks and the racism that came from modern removal of slavery and forced cohabitation of slaves with their former owners or is it an international concept? Most slaves when they got their freedom went as far as they could away from where they were slaves unless they conquered their former owners continuing the circle of slave and owner, yet in the USA people thought there would be no hostility of freeing former slaves and making their former owners live next to them.

How do I burn 7 GB file onto two DVD's?

I have downloaded Grand Theft Auto 4 on PC and it has been saved as image files. The two files together are 13.8 GB, but thankfully split into disk 1 and disk 2. But, obviously, these are also too large to put onto my DVD-RW disks. Please can someone help me by giving me short, simple and easy tips on how to burn these files? Not sure why you think "horrifically bad" but I got the picture. The purpose of telling a story, be it fiction or non, is to communicate a thought or idea. I thought it was very descriptive of the details and created a scenario I could see in my head and almost experience with my senses. You gave enough detail but did not overdue it to the extent of boredom. When people read fiction they want the experience of feeling like they are there. Just keep finding descriptions of detail that triggers the readers senses. Like right now I am thinking of chocolate! I can see it, smell it and taste it though I have not even bought it yet:) Just keep in mind it is easier to make the reader experience something they have actually experienced. When it comes to something less common, pay special attention to the key details to make it come alive. Your little excerpt here scores an A+ in my book!!

Before doing anything, memorise or write down exactly where ur audio should start in the film. If ur lyrics are Title Overlays, then memorise where they should be aswell. Remember, if u shift the first part of ur video, audio, or title overlays, then everything else will shift up with it. I drive a 2.0T Genesis Coupe, I had it for 10 months so far and have 23,400 miles on it. I feel horrible, like oh my god it’s going to be horrible trading the thing in. At first I drove it to show it off, I put 2,000 miles on it during the summer. Then school started up traveling 40 miles there and 40 miles back. Where does my tuition and room&board money go?

I go to the University of Oregon. So when I pay 20 grand a year for college, where does all of that money go to? This is roughly 10 grand housing and 10 grand tuition. For Housing, I see no way that it takes 10 grand from each of the 2 roommates to live in a SMALL dorm with food. Maybe a few thousand, but 10 each to live in a small room with food. Also what about tuition? When there are 20,000 kids paying for classes, how does it come out to roughly 10 grand each. Thats roughly 200 million dollars to go towards teacher salaries. Not to mention GTF's who teach a lot of the classes and only receive $4,500 for the year. I just don't see where the money goes. I've heard that there are things like clubs will receive $5,000 from the school and they can be about anything, such as "Watching soccer for diversity purposes". In other terms, the club has trips to sports bars and watch soccer for "diversity purposes", with the school, or let me say student picking up the tab. WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

I went to the Sunset grande and it is incredible. There is a beach right there that belongs to the hotel and has snorkeling free boat rides, canoos and more. they have a kids pool in the back I believe but there are pools everywhere. They have super fancy restaurants that reservations can be made and also they have buffets and food joints all night. There are shows hosted at the hotel. it was the most unbelievable experience that I have had. about a block away from the hotel is down town where there are flee markets and also very professional stores like rolex stores clothes. Excursions are very close like swimming with the dolphins, horse back riding, parasailing(right on the beach of hotel), and dunns River falls is little far but is a must to do.

Automatic transmissions are very tricky to rebuild/fix if you aren't familiar with them. I would strongly recommend buying a rebuilt one or a used one instead. I believe that will save you a lot of heartache and anger.

Bruising easily / a lot?

It's never a surprise for me to get bruises. I'm very active in climbing and sports so if one pops up every now and then it's no big deal. But lately I've noticed that I've been getting numerous bruises all over my legs and now my arms. You have to understand some of these answers only read what the CCP tells them. They have no idea what was wrote in China before the CCP (as the CCP had all these books destroyed) about Chinese history. The Yuan Dynasty is a part of the Chinese peoples history and culture but the CCP is to ignorant to understand it was a totally different country, or they express this thought to the Chinese people. I was born in Ukraine and lived in Russia for a while. There is Racial tension in Russia because they are not used to other foreingers. Usually People who are mongolian, Uzbekstani, Armernian etc are usually outcasted or get crappier jobs. Espically people who look like there from asia or the kazaksthan area get in tough. But this is really just in Moscow if. you move to the very eastern russia like Vladvistok they don't have any problems with them. I don't know if russian is a hard language to speak becasue i am from Ukraine and i know russian and ukrainian. For a American or English speaker it would be considered hard becasue of the alphabet and the different sounding words, so start to learn how to roll you're R's but you'll hopefully have it done pat in no time. The temperature is cold in the winter and late autumn it's pretty much like canada cold in the winter warm in the summer. The School system is very strict the teachers are more strict and the school is much harder what americans learned in grade 9 russians learn in like grade 5 or 4. The teachers will embarras you when you get in trouble the teacher or principle talk to you infront of the class when your in deep/ embarrsing trouble. It is safe depending on were you live. Also every russian has atleast broken the law once :) haha. But the Police and laws are more strict but also more corupt if that made any sense. It matters which hospitals and in Moscow thier are a couple of good hospitals. And your classmates are idiots no one in russia espically your age care about the break up and why would u talk about with your peers and with elders don't make fun of the soviet union. How easy is it to travel in Russia with no knowledge of the langauge?

My experience is telling me: it's not easy at all to travel in Russia if you don't know their language. I went to Moscow this Feb, the place is very beautiful, but got a little bit frustrated too cause few people can speak english, and most signs and instructions in public places do not have english translation. For example, restaurant, metro stations(have to say the Moscow metro is really the most beautiful one so far i've ever seen, don't miss that!) and some shops. But we are lucky cause i have a Russian friend to be our guide, she and her husband really helped us a lot. So, besides the language barrier, Russia is very beautiful, people there are very kind, and i kind of like the Russia food too. :) Enjoy Russia but better fully prepared before departure!

HELP! Will I grow taller?

Some background information about me is that I have a strong Mongolian lineage, and I read that the average Mongolian female is about 5' 6" (I am a girl soo... :p). Growing up in Mongolia, I know that some of the living conditions means a limited diet, because for the first 5 years of my life, I probably did not get the essential nutrients. However, I moved to America, but did not start eating right until I was about 11 or so... I was always on the lower half of my class when it came to height. I am 13 now and is about 5' 2". Just recently, I have started getting constantly hungry, and I try to make sure that I eat all healthy foods, regular meals (though I have had to snack recently every hour or so) and also exercise. Because of school, I usually ended up "undersleeping"... I started eating immensely due to my hunger about January of this year... During about February or March, my arm span was 60 or 61 inches. Now, my arm span is 63 inches... If it helps, I started my period when I was eleven... Because I have been eating right just recently and more nutritious foods last winter, I have been starting to grow at a good rate again. Compared 2 years ago, I have probably grown maybe 2.5 inches. My oldest sister is about 5' 4" (she is now 22) and my older sister is 5' 3" (she is now 16). However, they did get mostly dad's genes, and I have seen mostly mom's genes kick in for my situation. Mom said that when she was growing up, she was usually one of the taller kids in class, although I have the opposite story (my mom grew up in Mongolia but I practically lived over half my life here, if that would make a difference). My mom is probably 5' 4" and my dad is (I can only vaguely remember) 5' 9" or so, giving or taking a couple inches. My cousins from my mom's side, on the other hand, are about 5' 7" or 5'9". But my question is, would my bad malnutrition state from when I was younger could have affected my height overall and future height? Also, can better sleeping patterns over this summer help with my growth? Any information would be helpful in figuring this out! Thanks! :)

Currently I speak English, French, Japanese and Cantonese. I'm trying to see how fast I can learn the following langues if i dedicate a lot of time to them. Okay, so I was wondering, I know how to post many foals in Farmville, but I want to know how people get the foal they want to post exactly. Do you place the rare horse with the stallion in the horse stable? Then place a seeder horse into it to make it ready? Then do I repeat this process again? For example, I have a Snow Stallion. I've read a lot about ECT, or electroshock therapy, and it seems there's an equal balance on the positive and negative factors. I realize that it's basically like having a grand mal seizure, except you're asleep while it happens.
