Isnt it depressing when you realize how insignificant our lives are?

at the end of the day, despite everything we achieve were going to die. and despite everything humanity achieves, our sun will die and even the universe itself will one day collapse. In the grand scheme of things we are just these insignificant little ants living on a giant rock that is hurtling to god knows where in the middle of the space. and when the universe collapses, it would be as though nothing had ever existed before. so isnt that depressing and realizing whats the point to anthing then?
