Which is the more low cal option..?

Eating at Hooters and getting their naked wings and a side like coleslaw or baked beans, or going to a Mongolian Grill where there is a buffet of veggies and seafood (I dont really like the sausage or beef there), and you make your own plate...which might lead to over eating..but of healthy food? lol
