How Can I Create Closed Captions In Premiere CS5?

I have a youtube channel and I have been adding closed captions to my videos (.srt files). They were pretty simple to make in Sony Vegas but I have since switched to Premiere CS5 and I am clueless as to how I can make the .srt file. Don't tell me how to add titles to my videos, I simply want to create closed captioning so show dialogue. Please help me out, I have the entire production premium CS5 package if there's no way to do it in premiere.
