I get easily fatigued and just feel blah...how can I remedy this?

Going for a walk sometimes helps, but sometimes I feel even more tired. What should I be eating...I'm starting to realize that Taco Bell and Mongolian BBQ aren't the best options for energy boosting. Just need some advice on how to have more energy so that I can do more work, especially study.
