Scholarships in south korea?

is there any scholarships that make the students take some test and then decide to who they will grant the scholarship? i really really want to study in south korea and i want chance to prove myself to them... i gave sat 2 days ago and it wasn't hard although english isnt my native language i am pretty good at it also i know how to speak in russian turkish and ofcourse my mother language mongolian. i am also trying to learn korean and german language. as you can see i am kinda tallented in languages and i want to study asian lanugages in university. and i wiould be so happy if i can get to study languages in korea or japan.
